The FRIDAS project is thrilled to present the exchange initiative between young rugby players from Italy and Croatia. This event, marked by a fusion of culture and sports, aims to promote inclusion, cooperation, and personal development through engaging and unique experiences.
Exchange Croatia
The young athletes from the Primavera Rugby team will be the first to embark on this journey to Split, Croatia, where they will engage in an exchange experience with the young Croatian players from Nada Ragbi Klub. Accompanying the rugby teams in Split will be artist John Cascone, movement curator Andrea Pangallo, and psychologist Latica Mladina.

Saturday, April 27, marks the arrival of artist John Cascone and movement curator Andrea Pangallo in Split, kicking off the artistic and cultural adventure.
Meetings and Workshops
On Sunday, April 28, the first workshop with the Croatian Nada Ragbi Klub team took place, followed by a second session on Monday, April 29.
Arrival of Primavera Rugby
On Tuesday, April 30, the Primavera Rugby team from Rome will join the Croatian group to participate in a Capacity Building session with psychologist Latica Mladina.
Tag Rugby Match and Artistic Workshops
On May 1st, the two teams will compete in a touch rugby match, followed by artistic workshops with John Cascone and Andrea Pangallo in the afternoon. On May 2nd and 3rd, the artist and curator will hold additional workshops with both teams.
Return and Future Steps
On May 4th, the Roman team will bid farewell to their new Croatian friends and return to Rome. However, this departure does not mark the end of the adventure! The two teams will reunite again in October, with the young Croatian players visiting Rome.
This exchange is not just an opportunity to share a passion for sports but also to forge lasting bonds and promote inclusion through sports and art.
