WORKSHOP
Our transformative rugby workshops, guided by professionals like motivational coach Erika Morri, psychologist Latica Mladina, artist John Cascone, and collaborator Andrea Pangallo, offer a unique approach to personal development in sports. These workshops are designed to engage rugby players aged 12-16, coaches, project staff, and educational personnel in deep discussions and experiential learning.
The sessions, facilitated by the psychologist and motivational speaker, explore themes of identity transformation. Participants gain practical tools for self-awareness and a clearer understanding of their roles. The psychologist leads sessions on reflection, interaction, and group discussion, focusing on gender equality in rugby, sports, and broader life contexts. With the motivational coach, participants experience rugby as an empowering tool for “thinking with your hands,” encouraging new perspectives on personal and team development.
The artist and psychophysical trainer introduce participants to the beauty and neutrality of athletic movement. Their hands-on sessions emphasize body awareness, teaching rugby players to appreciate the aesthetic and technical aspects of each athletic gesture within their training.
These engaging and interactive workshops foster growth, reflection, and empowerment, building a foundation for a more inclusive and self-aware rugby community.
