The FRIDAS Project proudly introduces an exciting exchange initiative for young rugby players from Italy and Croatia. This event combines culture and sports to foster inclusion, cooperation, and personal growth through immersive, one-of-a-kind experiences.
Exchange Italia
In this second exchange round, the Nada Ragbi Klub youth athletes from Croatia will travel to Rome, Italy, to join the young Italian players of Primavera Rugby. They’ll be accompanied by artist John Cascone, movement curator Andrea Pangallo, psychologist Latica Mladina, and gender curator Erika Morri.

The Croatian team will arrive in Rome on Friday, October 25, kicking off an inspiring cultural and artistic journey.
Activities and Workshops
Friday, October 25: The teams’ first activity will be a rehearsal for John Cascone’s artistic video in the scenic Parco delle Mura Aureliane. Following this, everyone will enjoy a group dinner at a traditional Roman restaurant nearby.
Saturday, October 26: Both teams will gather again at Parco delle Mura Aureliane for the official video shoot, capturing Cascone’s creative vision. Afterward, they’ll celebrate with a happy hour near the park.
Sunday, October 27: The teams will head to Primavera’s rugby field in Morlupo, near Rome, for a day-long rugby tournament, followed by an evening video shoot.
Monday, October 28: The Nada Ragbi Klub will start the day with a gender-focused workshop led by Erika Morri at Primavera Rugby’s field. After lunch, both teams will participate in a session with psychologist Latica Mladina, capped off by a friendly tournament.
Tuesday, October 29: The Croatian team will have a free morning to explore Rome. At 5:30 PM, everyone will gather at the MAXXI Museum for the FRIDAS Final Event, where John Cascone’s artistic video Emily and the full project will be showcased. The evening will conclude with a group dinner.
Departure and Looking Forward
On October 30, the Croatian team will say farewell to their Italian friends and return to Split.
